Lawsuit Overview

The Bermuda company Tyco International Ltd. gets ‘green light’ from the consent of the majority of its bondholders for the earlier this month announced settlement for $ 250 million ending a lawsuit related to the company’s breakup into three separate entities last year that is currently pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
